System Requirements (Desktop Version)

• Supported operating systems: Windows 10 (64 bit), Windows 11, macOS Monterey (12), macOS Ventura (13), and macOS Sequoia (15)
• If using a wired internet connection on an optic fiber or other broadband connection with Windows, we recommend using an ASIO-compatible audio interface.
• See the desktop version FAQ for more details on supported devices, OS, and internet connections.
• SYNCROOM has been confirmed to not work in certain environments (e.g., apartment building Wi-Fi and mobile Wi-Fi routers). For details, see “What are the conditions under which SYNCROOM cannot be used?” in the desktop version FAQ.

*The Yamaha SYNCROOM Driver* installed at the same time as the Windows version of SYNCROOM is the same for versions 1.6.4 and earlier and versions 2.0.0 and later. Accordingly, when uninstalling version 1.6.4 or earlier, the Yamaha SYNCROOM Driver will also be uninstalled.
After uninstalling version 1.6.4 or earlier, please reinstall version 2.0.0 or later to continue using the Yamaha SYNCROOM Driver.
*The Yamaha SYNCROOM Driver is a driver used to send SYNCROOM audio output to applications for distribution, etc.

Mobile version

*Ver.2.0.0 applications are not compatible with applications prior to Ver.1.6.4.
*Once you update, you cannot revert to the application version prior to Ver.1.6.4.

The Android version, SYNCROOM β, is a non-supported beta version still under development by Yamaha Corporation.

Although it has been tested in limited number of environments, it has not been adequately confirmed on a wide range of devices and internet connections. Therefore, bugs may occur depending on the environment you use, disrupting your session.

The iOS version of SYNCROOM Ver.2.0.4 was released on August 27.
The Android version of SYNCROOM β Ver.2.0.4 was released on August 27.
